all fandom are different, OP. Can you list which ones are you interested in? In general, try AO3, Discord and Reddit. Join and see if you like the crowd. Re your comment, I think some gatekeeping is good. Antis and toxic people, drama farmers, casuals should be outsed. Just compliment a few people, gush about your faves and you'll be welcome in any fandom.

You can also make another secret to clear up the meanning of Fandom because personally I'm confused. Is fic not enough
