Something about how our company is not a job program. We are not a place for people to learn and leave. You should be 100% dedicated to the company, not use them as a stepping stone.

All jobs are stepping stones, unless they offer pensions at 30 years and a gold watch at retirement. So, all jobs these days. Good grief!

I stuck with my old job too long, and I regret it. Step on those stones.
