-Something about how our company is not a job program. We are not a place for people to learn and leave. You should be 100% dedicated to the company, not use them as a stepping stone.

-CEO mentioned that we got new name plates on our doors. Made sure to tell us that the plater holder was permanent but the names could be slid out. Because everyone is replaceable.


Lmao why do these people never grasp that these two positions are in conflict, and that if a company adopts the latter, it will actively encourage people to adopt a "this place is just a stepping stone" mentality? Especially nowadays! This ain't 2009, man; people can absolutely find something better and leave your ass.

was thinking the very same. the employees have to be entirely dedicated and yet they'll always be expendable. the loyalty only goes one way.
