Another work rant I suppose. Still feeling inadequate and incompetent as more stupid shit gets heaped on me. I don't know who decided I was going to be the contact for fucking everything but I didn't agree to it and I wish they'd pick someone else for it. I also hate that I didn't foresee how goddamn annoying certain processes were when it was just me, who gradually eased into it and had a method so I didn't mind it. But it's a bitch trying to share the process with others who never had to do it before, and probably put off duties as long as possible because of it. So now I either have to do everything myself again (which was fine back earlier on) or come up with a new process, which, y'know, good luck finding time for that shit when the rest of the shit continues piling on. I guess I'll bounce some ideas off of some folks tomorrow.

And on the topic of being the contact for everything, can people please fucking stop acting like I need to drop everything to talk to them when they won't even tell me anything up front? I have other shit to tend to. And goddamnit, stop demanding I call back. I fucking hate talking on the fucking phone. Because I'm always running into people I can't help but demand I help them, people I can't placate, don't know how to placate, don't know what to say to, don't know who to refer to, and even if I did, they demand I fix their problem. Seriously, I'm the worst fucking person to answer a phone. The absolute fucking worst. I can't handle that shit and frankly, I really don't want to. They literally took the best person from that position and decided the worst person should be in it.
