No you can’t really contact them but you can you look at your activity and see what got flagged (if anything).

But if you’re posting a link to a news site, it might not be allowed due to regional restrictions. Canadians can’t post or even share news links. Australia had the same issue like a year ago. If the news link originated in Canada you can’t post that, either. And if you’re posting to a group that’s geomarked as Canada, same.

Try posting something else and that will help you troubleshoot the issue.
