Thanks for the advice, kind nonny. Luckily I'm very wary of raw meat/fish in general so I take a lot of precautions. :)
We also don't have that many cases of tularaemia here. I've never heard of anyone getting it in my area and even trying to googling it it seems pretty rare if almost non-existent in my country. Maybe that's why we regularly eat rabbit. Who knows!
