yes. Truck-kun is a popular Isekai trope. In the first chapter a character is run over by a truck, die, and get Isekaed to another world.

I thought the isekai thing was magically transported, not die and go to heaven/world of your dreams transported.

I am apparently too old for fandom trends, these are just confusing.

Truck-kun is a meme at this point, because so many Isekai protaganists die getting hit by a truck (usually in one or two sentences/panels) before reincarnating into their new world.

Lol I wonder if that makes shows like Life on Mars count as an Isekai.
