Well, the only tag I block from am my searches is "reader" so definitely that one. Also hated the Hydra Trash Party tag when that was super popular.

Ugh reader fic. I hate it and they do not tag consistently in my fandoms so it is impossoble to block. Drives me batty.

Ace Character. I'm ace myself, and shipping is my outlet, so when one of the characters I ship is ace that's the exact opposite of what I want from fanfic.

I'm happy for everyone who enjoys ace character fics; they're just not for me.

I do enjoy canon aces fics (I have couple of fandoms for that) but usually with canon characters authors do not need to get through issues and this fics can be fun.
I don't want to listen to ace issues, I am one, I know my issues. I am here for characters fucking maybe after defeating an evil empire

"Reader" and "Original female character" drive me nuts because I always exclude them and so many people don't tag their damn fics. (With original female character especially it annoys me when they don't use that tag but tag the name of their OC instead. No one is searching for your OC in a tag! There's a tag for her and it's 'original female character,' because it lets people filter!)

I agree! And I'm the person looking for Reader or OFC tags! It annoys me so much (eyeroll inducing) when people make a tag with the name. Like...be for real. You must be drinking your own Kool aid, and that's great for you, but do you want me to read this or not?
