Yes, 100%! It finally got out into the wider galaxy, it had tension, Andorian drama (Shran was great!), actual consequences, way less washing each other in their underwear, and all-round vastly improved storytelling. Some of it is admittedly that it's such a huge improvement on S3, but it was the only season that really felt like Star Trek to me.
