Not much, which is nice. Been a slow day. And now I'm working my nightly job as a cat bed, and all is right with the world. Just reading Bored Panda lists and relaxing.

I used to like Bored Panda a lot but I refuse to turn off my adblocker.

Got successfully trolled by someone who I thought was misguided but earnestly concerned about predatory behavior. Turns out they’re just a malicious, slandering asshole who seems to get off on making false accusations.

A bit frustrated with myself for falling for it and mostly annoyed that people like that pretend to care while actually making things worse.

But also a little proud of myself for disengaging and blocking.

So about a year ago(? maybe two?) my favorite restaurant changed. New owners, “simplified” menu, my family’s faves all gone. The new owner was lovely though, always remembered us and helped my elderly father with his orders if he went without us. But the food was really inconsistent. Sometimes it was good, sometimes bad, once it was great! And then it suddenly closed. My whole family were heartbroken. It is the only restaurant where I can get allergy safe food.

Today I just so happened to be coming out of a store I never visit and saw the restaurant across the street. I didn’t recognize it at first because it has a new sign and new name. My husband was in that part of town so when I texted him, he came straight over. It’s the original owner! And he has the original menu! The food was to die for and it was made all the better because today is our anniversary. It’s just been like the perfect day <3

Took an hour long nap on my lunch, still exhausted. Cannot wait for the work day to be over tomorrow.

Nice! They take some getting used to and I always end up using them like a crutch.
If you have a Cricut/Cameo or know someone who does, you can do custom designs. Oracal 631 is best if you want to be able to change it, otherwise you can use Oracal 651 or heat transfer vinyl. I did HTV for mine because it’s thinner and looks like an inlay or professional paint job.

I already picked out a design, it has cool looking moons and suns and stars on it

my kneecap is off centre and rubbing against the cartilage, which is causing it to erode underneath and causing me pain when I walk and possibly lower back pain. My GP has recommended physio before we even think about surgery.

I'm so tired of my body attacking me.

I've had my typical work routine upended due to city advisory meetings being scheduled oddly. I'm somehow tired from all the working from home that results from this.
