That is infuriating. I worked with someone sort of like that - she seemed so confident and in control and on top of things but it turns out she was just lying out her ass and falsifying reports. It drove me to eventually quit because I could not stand her and what to me seemed like really obvious fraud, but our bosses loved her. Good luck nonny.
