FFS I'm so sick of all of the "both sides are equally culpable". Saying it loud for those in the back "THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS MUTUAL ABUSE".
Can we please stop repeating this bullshit and actually educate ourselves about DV? Considering (where I am at least) one woman a week DIES from being murdered by their abuser.
JD displays all of the hallmarks of being an abuser. He just has (as other people have discussed) a bigger smear campaign (and let's not forget, she won the London case). Yes, women do defend themselves and yes, that can be physical sometimes. But abuse is more than someone reacting to abuse.
For those who actually want to know the truth about DV over repeating disgusting lies.
(Personally, I want to stop women from being murdered and the only way is to inform ourselves about the reality of DV).

She’s the one who had a DV case before and the one that we have evidence of being abusive to him. If you’re going the route of only one can be an abuser, you’re not going to like where that ends up. She is 100% confirmed as an abuser. That you’re sticking up for her is sick. Please remember that at least one of her victims is also a woman so you’re not doing the whole sister solidarity thing you think you are.

Women can be abusers too. Yes, men are much more likely to be an abuser. But women can abuse too. And in this case, there was clear evidence that she was an abuser. He may be too. There wasn't as much evidence to support that, but there was some. But him being abusive too doesn't change that she was an abuser.

Yes! Thousand of women die every day from DV! We have to always believe women even if the evidence says that a man is abused. Until more men start dying from dv I won't believe a thing a man says. Only when 51% of DV deaths are men I'll consider believeing them.
