Gaddafi was tortured on camera and brutally killed after a NATO air strike on him and his people. Libya has been doing poorly since then. Just so you know. Also notice that all those 'dictators' are from oil and other resource rich places.

A fair trial of Saddam Hussein is similar to a trial on US's President by Chinese government after they bombed NY to oblivion because they found a mass weapon. They'd show a white powder and claim that this's a deadly new chemical. A 'fair trial'?! How many civilians died there for USA's bloody pockets?
