Oh that sucks! To make it easier on my family and the florists, I always ordered far in advance and had the flowers delivered on Saturday. That way mom got the best ones because they typically get the last Mother’s Day shipment on Friday. When she had a cat, I’d call the florist to do the order over the phone instead of ordering online. It would drain my social battery but I was Little Miss Happy Pleasant Small Talk.
