I've realized that I've got an uncomfortable amount of books/fics to go through that I haven't properly categorized, but, for the moment, let me at LEAST drop this here until I dig out the rest of the specifically trans!A/B/O ones I have in my collection:

not_poignant, aka thespectaclesofthor aka Pia Foxhall has a A/B/O AU spinoff series based on their Fae Tales mythos. Honestly, I read anything and everything they put out even if I don't know the fandom, because their stuff is just that good. Their A/B/O universe is FANTASTIC, but do heed the warnings, because there's a lot of dark psychological stuff, but it's very tastefully handled. There is some non-con medical procedures and deliberate conditioning, which is a bit of a slippery slope for some people, but they break it down and... well, I mean, it's just really fascinating.
