That was my thought, too. He's an ex-football player. Wikipedia says he's 63, almost 64.

IDK if he's actually aged badly in terms of how his physical features look given his current age, but I do find his current appearance deeply off-putting, in a way that I don't find his young appearance off-putting. I mean, he definitely looked like a total bro type when he was young, but he didn't have an overtly sleazy vibe like he does now.

Hard agree! The picture in the secret is actually the best one seen of him in the last five years (and I think it’s probably older?). He looks 15 years older than his age and that’s really uncommon with the super rich. They can afford the best food and healthcare, never mind cosmetic help (I’m thinking more like moisturizers and stuff than surgery but of course the ones who want it have better access to that, too).

I often find when someone looks prematurely aged to me, it's because they've had health issue, especially if they've been in some kind of pain for a while. I think he had some pain due to his Dupuytren's contracture (some don't have much pain associated with it, some do) and he does have chronic pain due to a past shoulder injury. I don't know if he suffers any pain from other past injuries (ribs, knees, etc.).

I think that can vary. My dad is in his late 60s but looks a decade younger. His skin also looks reasonably healthy (a real feat given he runs a pool maintenance business). For me, right now it's more of a shock to look in the mirror at (just about) 40 and see maybe one line on my forehead. Frankly, I was expecting to look older at this point in my life.
