I try to be in bed around 9pm and lights out by 10pm. It usually takes me minimum 30mins but closer to an hour to fall asleep. I have to be up at 5:30 or 6am.

Now that it's getting hotter with summer approaching I'm sleeping away the afternoons.

I aim to be in bed by 1 AM. Until getting medicated I couldn't sleep before 4 AM at the earliest, so as far as I'm concerned I'm an early bird now. It kind of blows my mind that some of y'all are going to be at 9. That is...I can't imagine. That's so early I don't even wish I could sleep that early.

Bed by 9:30. I try to be asleep by 10, but I have intermittent insomnia and sometimes I don't get to sleep until midnight or 1.

I go to bed when I feel like it. Due to being on the stupid autism spectrum it takes me a very long time to fall asleep no matter how tired I am.

Used to be 10PM, now trying to be in bed by 9. Takes me usually an hour to get to sleep.
