One was Reconstruction by Bumblebeesknees, which has since been deleted. It was a Shadowhunters Male AU of the end of season 2 (when they broke up).

The other one is this Protagonist/Ryuji fic (Persona 5): https://archiveofourown.org/works/34768936
Not sure of this was necessary meant to make me cry but something about the way the Protagonist's depression was depicted towards the end just hit way too close to home.
