Own, but it's overrated (until you can pay off the house and just owe property tax, I guess.)

Our homeowners' insurance has doubled over the past three years, there's always something that needs doing that is expensive (fridge breaks, new A/C is $7k, time to paint and we have to do 12-ft ceilings and get the popcorn shit scraped off because if we want to sell people hate that.)

Renting is nice if you have a halfway decent landlord or management company.
