Does it count as cheating if a character is in an established relationship, but they commission a sexually themed audio-kink porn to listen to?

Depends on how its written. Is it a secret from their significant other? Are they emotionally cheating? Or does their SO know about it and it doesn't really matter.

If the character has any sort of relationship with the person they commission the audio porn from, and the character is keeping it from their partner, then I'd say it's either infidelity or emotional infidelity or both.

If the person they commission the audio porn from is a total stranger, then I wouldn't consider it cheating personally. But if the character still feels like they're cheating, then I might use the "emotional infidelity" tag anyway.
