I was under the impression that all the canon gay characters and ships in Teen Wolf were pretty one-dimensional and boring? It seems confirmed canon queerness is cool with fans as long as it's a popular character, even if it doesn't make the popular ship with that character canon. The Witcher fandom loved Jaskier being confirmed bi and going on a year has yet to be upset that none of his lovers are Geralt.

I was under the impression that all the canon gay characters and ships in Teen Wolf were pretty one-dimensional and boring? Well, yeah, but so were a lot of the straight characters and ships (I sighed every time Liam/Hayden was given airtime), so, yay equality? For real, though, I liked Danny, but he was underutilized (there was some tension between the actor and writers too and the actor then left). I'm not sure why Mason wasn't more interesting, but Corey kind of was, but there wasn't much focus on him individually, most of it was on him with Mason.
