I took a look at that new superhero game Capes. It starts with the villains massacring civilians right in front of you. At this point, it would be more “subversive” to have a whimsical superhero game where no one gets hurt.

The more I think about it, the more I feel like All Might is the only truly interesting Superman deconstruction take I've seen in years. Everything else boils down to "What If Superman Was eViL???", meanwhile All Might is "What if Superman was a good, if flawed person with a chronic illness trying to pretend everything's okay, right up until he can't?"
