My current faves are Ambrosia, Envy, and Sweetango.

But honestly, I'll eat most apples that aren't super tart. (Even the dreaded Red Delicious that everyone hates.) I prefer medium sized apples because they seem to have the right balance of "flesh" and flavor. Too big and it's either too bland or too much. Too small and it's too tart or bland.

Others I've enjoyed more than once:

Pacific Rose
Braeburn (can't find this anymore)
Cameo (can't find this anymore)
Gingergold (not bad if I'm avoiding something overly sweet)
Autumn Glory
Lady Alice
Opal

We don't get a big variety in my area, or the selection rotates.
