(Anonymous) 2024-07-01 12:39 am (UTC)(link)Lucy Liu (Elementary)?
Alan Cox (Young Sherlock Holmes)? Okay, yeah, more cute than hot, but still.
Seymour Hicks (Under the Clock)? Yes, it's an 1893 stage play, but dude was hot.
Derek Waring (Sherlock Holmes: The Musical)?
James Mason (Murder by Decree)?
Gareth David-Lloyd (Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes)?
Himesh Patel (Enola Holmes 2)? Post-credits, still counts.
Peter Wingfield (Sanctuary)?
Takanori Iwata (Sherlock: Untold Stories)?
Morris Chestnut (Watson*)? *Forthcoming TV series
There have been a lot, these are just the ones I am aware of and thought were hot.

(Anonymous) 2024-07-01 02:46 am (UTC)(link)Nope, not them or Patrick McNee or Bernard Fox (who I really like as an actor). They're fine, just not what I'd consider hot. Like I said, I just listed ones I thought were hot. To each their own, though.

(Anonymous) 2024-07-01 10:09 am (UTC)(link)If you think they aren't hot, well that's your taste, but they are almost all Watsons (technically though Takanori Iwata plays Junichi Wakamiya in Sherlock: Untold Stories, the character is based on John Watson, it's just based in Tokyo). The part in the parentheses is the title of the play/movie/TV series they played Watson in. Yes, most of these aren't very strict adaptations, but you didn't specify that as a requirement.
