Cinnamon rolls. It took me years to figure out that the common denominator in a lot of food that made me feel queasy after eating was cinnamon. I still love the hell out of cinnamon.

I knew someone who was allergic to cinnamon. Took them forever to figure it out.

Well part of it is that we expect allergens to express as a rash or a breathing problem, at the very least vomiting. Just feeling icky when you eat it isn't exactly medical alert bracelet material. I think it's what "food sensitivity" was created for in place of allergy in these cases.
