Excellent summary (including the futanari thing) though I'd add the addendum that this is also most gay dudeporn - obsessed with top/bottom dynamics even though most irl gay men describe themselves as neither. It's fantasy.

Yeah, speaking as a guy into slash, and hopefully without being too TMI, I like reading about strict top/bottom dynamics and penetration way more than I enjoy doing it. It's a now and again thing for me, but when it comes to fiction I like the scenario. I think the same is true for many people.
