I didn't post any links to anything strictly illegal, thank you very much. The emulators at zophar.net are 100% legal (of course this is only the programs themselves). The uTorrent client at utorrent.com and all other BitTorrent clients are legal (of course whether or not you are opening yourself up to legal penalties depends on what you download with them). And while Viacom might think otherwise, YouTube is still legal too.

I realize that. But like you said, "this is only the programs themselves" and the post itself was definitely advocating the use of legal programs to obtain illegal ones. It's no different from posting a link to a torrent program saying "Go use this download a pirated copy of photoshop!"
