AYRT

I can when I read books or fanfiction and make an idea in my head of what the characters must look like from the written descriptions. But when I've got a picture in front of me, the fact that other fans can go "what would this character look like if he wasn't a cat? Or if he was photorealistic? Or in anime style?" and so on is just magical to me. Because the design wants to burn itself into my retinas. Which is great if I want to be able to draw things from memory, and an annoyance when that's not the point.
