Had leftover roasted chicken, some rice and mango black bean salad.

Salsa chicken and white rice: dice up chicken breasts, cook in olive oil or another oil of your choice, throw in a jar of mild salsa into the pan w/ chicken, boil up some rice.

Ours wasn't salsa verde, just mild-heat pepper salsa from the store. Maybe use your verde like a pesto?.....

Hehe. I'm looking at the interwebs for ideas on how to make it less bland. I do have some ingredients so I'll give it a try. Maybe one day I'll learn to make it from scratch.

A bit smoother, a bit milder. It is a more relaxed beer.

Peanut butter sandwich and some oat milk. I’m too tired and it’s hot and I’m tired. I’d order delivery if there were any place around me that had allergy safe food for me.

I made some gringo hard shell tacos with veggies, beef, shredded cheese, sour cream, and mild tomato salsa. Yum.
