Oh, yeah. Based on that production issues I've seen, that is gonna be hot garbage.

The big tell for me is that it got pushed back almost a year when it was supposedly almost done, and moved from a prime summer slot to February 14.

That isn't much of a red flag, though. With the recent RDJ reveal, then, shall we say, the loss of Jonathon Majors and the death of one of the franchise's long-standing actors who was supposed to be in said movie, it makes sense that they'd have to rearrange things, including pushing scheduled movies back or scrapping them altogether.

If anything, I say the RenaissanceDJ is a redder flag.

February is "dump the shit" month. If they had confidence in it, they would have pushed it back to next spring or summer.

No. The movie was done filming and supposed to come out this summer. It got pushed back after test screening reactions were very bad, and it was scheduled for like five months of reshoots. That had nothing to do with Jonathan Majors, Chadwick Boseman, the strikes, etc. Also, the movie wasn't just pushed back two or three months; it was pushed back almost a year. That is never a good sign.

Frankly, I wasn't holding out much hope for the MCU these last few years anyway. (Not being a hater, I loved the MCU but just think it's gotten too bloated to follow. Disney opting for quantity over quality, milking something for all its worth, even after it dies.)
