I find the texture as agreeable as any stir-fry-- maybe a tad less chewy-- for what that's worth. It's just funny to tell people you whomped up Kung Pao Turkey with Pumpkin Seeds (instead of the peanuts) for Thanksgiving. And, tbh, it doesn't knock you out quite like the tradition gravy-intensive main dish!
