I am starting a new job on Monday and should be excited but I am really stressed about it.
1) I've got a short contract work from them for a trial run so it's not like I've actually got it.
2) They seem to be a bit too much and I am pretty scared.
3) I haven't work full time office job for a long time now. It is my choice because working from home has been awful but this is stressful too.
4) Since it's sort of temporary job and I am not super sure about everything going well I can't drop freelance clients I have. Probably it's good that I have so much work. But it's too much.
I am so overwhelmed.
Also I can't stop comparing myself with people who do much more than me. Why the fuck they can and I don't. What is so wrong with me. Argh

That sounds really stressful! But, you can also look at it this way: "Trial run" works both ways. It's a temp job, so if you don't like the work or the culture or the commute or whatever, you get a paycheck and work experience to add to your resume and no awkward conversations or explanations when you walk away.

Yeah, this trial thing is okay by me because of this exact reasons (except commute. Commute is AWESOME) but I have ridiculous anxiety
(also news in my country are extra shitty this month so it doesn't help my stress levels)
