I have more het than m/m or f/f OTPs, but still not many. Christine/Erik, Belle/Rumpelstiltskin, V/Evey, and recently Lisa Swallows/Creature.

There are others I like but either don't seek out or never found much fic for, like Lady Sybil/Sam Vimes, Roxanne/Cyrano, and Morticia/Gomez.
