I can't remember what fandom it was in, but I remember a long time ago reading a smutty fic and one of the lines was:

"who taught her how to be so quiet?"

as the two MCs got down, one of them thought this, as they were not making much noise. It always stuck with me, for some reason.

DA, but I like this one.

"You done a good thing ... for a bad man." After the scene in A Bronx Story where little!kid Calogero protects a mafia boss from jail. His dad is conflicted about it, despite previously having warned him that you shouldn't spill anything to the police.

"Amazing! A booby trap that actually catches boobies!" -- Optimus Prime

"Wars do not make one great." -- Yoda

"Well, well, well. Bitchy the Vampire Layer likes it rough." From a fanfic that mostly featured Warren having gotten the drop on (chipped?) Spike, but also involved some very Whedonesque wordplay.

The scene in The Three Musketeers that concludes with Milady de Winter telling the Comte de Rochefort to recommend her to the Cardinal (as they part), and him asking her to recommend him to Satan. It's got such a great vibe of villains-as-hypercompetent-best-friends.

this exchange from Father Ted:

Father Ted: It's not as if everyone's going to go off and join some mad religious cult just because we go off for a picnic for a couple of hours.
Father Dougal: God, Ted, I heard about those cults. Everyone dressing in black and saying our Lord's gonna come back and judge us all!
Father Ted: No... No, Dougal, that's us. That's Catholicism.

I once read a fic (a long time ago, I think it was a Sephiroth/Cloud fic? Not entirely sure though.) that had one of the ending sentences "and now the past was finally, finally over and the future crashed over them like a wave" and while kinda melodramatic, I thought it was a very pretty line.

I super believe in you Tad Cooper!

Galavant was such a fun show.
