Re: Exercise/Strength Training?
(Anonymous) 2024-09-03 12:46 am (UTC)(link)Crabwalk laps with exercise band around my ankles + doing clamshells + bridge stretch did a lot to help with my hip and thigh strength and lower core strength. I like doing stretches between sets of bodyweight exercises so I can keep my stamina for longer.
