She has tons of workouts for all types, with and without equipment, and in all workouts she gives easier options as well.
How long do you want the workouts to be? Her regular workouts are around 30 minutes, but she has a lot of quick 10 minute workouts as well, especially in her older stuff.

(Anonymous) 2024-09-03 05:16 pm (UTC)(link)I sometimes read on my phone when I do a treadmill walk, and listen to music, which stretches my workout longer when I'm getting distracted. Walking is great for weight loss and stretching (if you do an incline). You could do audiobook and once I've seen someone reading a paper book!
