Community for challenges, basically. They used to be much more common on Livejournal. You get a team, there are challenges, you do different things for those challenges (art, fics, etc.). Your team gets points.

OH! I was in one of those for one week once. I wrote a fic based on a one-word prompt and we got points and I think we won that week? I didn't make the connection that it was called StargateLAND lol...
