As far as I can see, the case doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell. The boxer in question is male and failed a DNA test. Anyone so inclined can argue that it's mean to say "he," but legally, there is no argument against what JK Rowling said.

I.e., "The idea that those objecting to a male punching a female in the name of sport are objecting because they believe Khelif to be ‘trans’ is a joke. We object because we saw a male punching a female."

So, instead, we get trans activists pretending that JK was silent because she was intimidated, when she was visiting another country on holiday; pretending she deleted Olympics-related posts when they're still all visible at Twitter for anyone who cares to look; claiming she called Khelif trans when the issue here is simply that Khelif is male; and random speculation about the condition of her house and mental state.

I don't plan to reply to anyone who feels compelled to name-call or equate this with trolling.

...except Khelif isn't male, in any sense of the word. The tests she "failed" weren't even DNA tests and the organization making that claim couldn't back it up with actual evidence. All records show she was born female.

Brave of you to drop a bunch of misinformation and proven falsehoods and slink away, I guess. If this is a troll, it's at least higher quality than most of the recent FS trolls.

Bad faith arguments here too. Please tell us all about this "DNA test" she supposedly "failed"? Because the organization that performed the test that disqualified her from the Russian-run games even admitted it wasn't a chromosome test she supposedly "failed" - they couldn't give ANY specifics as to the "test" at all, just that it had happened and it had been "failed". You don't know anything about anything but you're here to bring us a special heaping of bullshit.

Oh, here's the TERF again.

She's a cis woman who beat a Russian boxer and Russia latched onto TERFs as easy grift victims to pitch their bitchfit because how DARE someone beat Russia.

damn, we really do have TERF-terfs at FS, huh? I thought it was a joke, but evidently not
