Basically, the Organization members from Kingdom Hearts like to go around and be all mysterious with their hoods up. But if you know the characters well enough, you can tell who is who without them taking their hoods down. xD

Is that what you meant, or were you referring to the MANSEX part? xDD

xD The guy in the picture's name is Xemnas, which is an unfortunate anagram of 'Mansex'.
Rest assured that this has been exploited to its fullest extent by the fangirls. xD

It's in the way they wear their cloaks.
Some have it fully zipped, some have it unzipped from the waist down, etc.

They're also different lengths, different sleeve styles, some are more fitted than others...

All of what was already mentioned, plus they walk differently, make different gestures when they speak, etc.
