Sometimes algorithms can be useful, as I've found stuff from the National Parks and USFWS on Instagram courtesy of the algorithm. The algorithm also has been good for helping me discover BIPOC creators discussing mental health. On the other hand, I've seen so much goddamn pseudoscience thanks to tactics done by creators to game the algorithm. Reporting that rubbish has become a Whack-a-Mole bonanza.
