The "Radio" part is Alastor, the Radio Demon, and the "Apple" part is Lucifer, who uses apples in his decorating and wardrobe as a reference to the forbidden fruit of Eden, yeah. Also both characters have canes and Alastor's has a microphone on the top and Lucifer's has an apple. The Hazbin shipping names sometimes use nouns to describe the pair, like Alastor/Vox is RadioStatic (because Vox is a literal TV demon who breaks down in static around Alastor in canon) and Adam/Lute is Guitar/Spear (because those are their respective angelic weapons).
