Good question. Then again, it seems like you have to do some really wild shit to achieve that rite of passage. Back in 2003, I blew by a Florida Highway Patrol car parked in the I-95 median doing 30 over the limit, and I didn't get pulled over. It probably helped(?) that I wasn't weaving in and out of traffic.
