Humans are humans, no matter their race or ethnicity. And Arabs are not immune from the impulse to invade and conquer, or to subjugate those who are different.

You don't have to be innocent to deserve life, peace, not being murdered or forced to flee your home. That's what "human rights" means.

Those countries care nothing about human rights and 95% of Arab refugees are refugees because of their own countrymen.

Just don't pretend that Arab countries are any better at upholding human rights. They do plenty of their own murdering and forcing others to flee their homes.
