hate to break it to you but Australia has a police force, and there is at least one police character in Bluey. So if the only reason to call a show non-fascist is a lack of "police" then neither example works.

Didn't say that Bluey was non-fascist. Was just answering the question about what fascism is. Australia is absolutely a fascist state, which I assumed went without saying.
