Nah. Considering the amount of non-Arabs who died at the hands of Arabs, I'm pretty sure it evens out. The fact that most Arabs are murdering each other during wars among themselves but those huge numbers are conveniently ignored in favour of the comparatively few who get killed in wars with non-Arab countries is also pretty telling. The whole "woe is us, people are killing us for NO REASON" whining is pretty silly, and you are dumb enough to fall for it.
