Had my first difficulties as section had today. Difficult client consult because reception decided to schedule it before the paralegal who needed to be there was there. Then big boss wanted a list of all our active clients, which somehow my predecessor didn't have, and which wasn't easy to put together thanks to issues with our system. Took me 3 hours that I had other plans for and now I'm behind on other work. Then I had a potential client and the person who was bringing him to us both try to overpower me into doing something that was a bad idea.

All in all an exhausting, frustrating day.
