absolutely rubbish from start to finish. didn't sleep last night until an hour before I needed to get up to make my early morning doctor's appointment. waited for an hour and ten minutes in the back for the doctor. peed in a cup and spilled it on myself. came home in tears with a migraine. threw up. tried to sleep and failed and cried. made my friend angry at me on her birthday. threw up again and shat myself as well this time. got chewed out some more by angry friend. cried some more and called my psychiatrist's office ten minutes after they closed. got told to call back tomorrow instead of passed along to the on-call doctor and when I cried they hung up on me. called a warmline and got put on a waiting list. finally calmed down slightly once the sun went down. still haven't eaten in over 24 hours and my head still hurts. keep crying and having chills. trying to get some water in me before I take my evening meds.
