If you have access to Tubi, you can catch a lot of Brett Kelly's "masterpieces". My husband and I have been leaning on his resume for our annual Bad Movie Night (a.k.a. crappy valentine's day). This past February, we watch Ouija Shark (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11650674/?ref_=nm_flmg_job_1_cred_t_5). It was terrible and full of lulz.

Ouija SHARK?? Holy shit, I almost dropped my phone but I can’t tell if that’s horrifying or hilarious. (Insert “Both? Both? Both!” Road to El Dorado meme here.)

Deep Blue Sea - the CGI sharks are something to behold and I laughed out loud with the Samuel L. Jackson speech moment (you'll know it when you get to it)
Jaws 3D - Louis Gosset Jr. devours the scenery and man, the 3D, I'd say only 3D scene is kind of startling, the rest will have you gaping at the absurdity. It's a fun watch. (Jaws: The Revenge is a much worst movie, but do not watch it, you will feel your IQ dropping.)
House of Wax (2005) - It's just so bad, but if you're sensitive to body horror, there are a couple of scenes that might stick with you

If you're really faint-of-heart, maybe comedy-horror would work for you. I think of it as distinctly different from horror-comedy, which, if it's done right, has intentional laughs right up against genuine frights (like American Werewolf in London). Comedy-horror, on the other hand, puts comedy first and then any scares are secondary, or even tertiary (like Ghostbusters).

Some comedy-horror (they aren't bad, just not that scary):
Arsenic and Old Lace - awesomely rollicking movie
High Spirits - it's a pretty silly ghost romp
Love at First Bite - vampire comedy
Once Bitten - teen vampire comedy, early Jim Carrey
Scary Movie (franchise) - spoofs and they reference all kinds of horror movies
The Addams Family and Addams Family Values
Scooby-Doo

Still comedy-forward, but a few more scares:
Beetlejuice - some Beetlejuice's scare tactics are pretty creepy, but it's peculiar fun
Tucker & Dale Vs. Evil - if you're looking for some epic accidental deaths through misunderstandings and assumptions, you've got it
Gremlins 2: The New Batch - there are parts that are just basically spoofing the first movie

Slotherhouse. It's about a murderous pet sloth. It is a bit gory, but it's too silly to take seriously, and the sloth is cute.
