God, I'm so so so sick of this rhetoric. "This gross thing in fiction means this person is EVIL!!" Please I am begging you people to go outside and talk to real humans. Being squicked by something is fine. Assuming the people who like it are scum of the earth? Not so fine! Did everyone forget the "video games encourage violence" thing from like 15 years ago or is that different because anything that could possibly relate to sex is worse?
