This is personally head-canon but right before the fight with Sabertooth, where Deadpool is hyping Wolvie up and Wolvie says "Shut the fuck up," Deadpool totally came in his pants.

There are several scenes where I headcanon Deadpool coming in his pants from something Wolverine said or did. The mask for sure and I think offscreen whenever Wolverine finally subdued him in the Honda Odyssey.
